President
& Operations Manager
Sarah Hughes is one of the Co-founders of Waikato Women in Business and is currently the President and Treasurer of the Board.
Sarah has had a few different businesses since starting WWIB in 2020, but now works in her business Sarah Hughes Creative as a Freelance Business Development Mentor for Creative Service Businesses and in SH Music Studio as a voice teacher. She is currently studying towards her Masters in Music at WINTEC - Te Pukenga.
Secretary
& Administrator
Tash Budd is the Secretary of the Waikato Women in Business Board and Administrator.

Tash has a Virtual Assistant business called Admin Collective, which provides administration support to businesses of different sizes and industries.
Tash works with a number of not-for-profit organisations, including being a founding Trustee on one board and is in her 4th year on that Trust's board.

Antonia Carter is a board member of Waikato Women in Business. (She is currently on a leave of absence while she travels around Europe).
Antonia runs a Brand Design business for women called Antonia Creative. She also provides freelance Marketing & Communications support to small businesses around New Zealand.

Kate Ryan is a board member of Waikato Women in Business and volunteers as one of the Te Awamutu group representatives.
As the owner of Ryan's Daughter Photography, she specialises in family portraits, business branding, and creative photography. Kate values connection, community, and telling these stories through photographs.
Being part of Waikato Women in Business allows her to support a diverse range of talented businesswomen. She is passionate about fostering a supportive, collaborative community where women can thrive and grow together.

Sam Robb is a board member of Waikato Women in Business and also volunteers as the member's rep in Hamilton.

Fiona George is a board member of Waikato Women in Business.
Fiona runs George Consultancy where she helps community groups, small charities, sports groups, churches and schools raise significant funds while increasing donor & member connections with the organisation, through gifts in Will fundraising as both a trainer and a consultant.
